2. Definitions

Definitions have been standardized to ensure clarity: "Services" refers to digital solutions provided by FlowServers. "Account" refers to the user identity established for management. "Content" includes data stored on our infrastructure. "Invoice" refers to bills issued for service use.

3. Eligibility and Obligations

You must be at least 13 years of age. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account credentials. You agree not to use our services for any illegal, abusive, or disruptive activities.

4. Service Eligibility

Requirement for an active backend server for certain plans (including Proxy Budget and Proxy Premium) has been retained. Eligibility may be verified at any time. Failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in denial, suspension, or termination without refunds.

5. Billing and Refunds

Payment method information remains consistent. Billing and refund mechanics are governed exclusively by the standalone Refund Policy. All chargeback handling and auto-billing logic follow the rules defined there.

6. Abuse and Fair Use

Multiple overlapping sections (Abuse, Fair Use, Acceptable Use) have been consolidated for clarity. Enforcement discretion has been broadened while retaining prohibitions on illegal, abusive, and disruptive activities. We reserve the right to suspend any service that disrupts our network.

7. Legal and Liability

DMCA compliance remains in effect. Liability limitation language has been consolidated and clarified. FlowServers provides services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai.
