Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only for Minecraft Hosting and VPS / VDS Services. Dedicated Servers are explicitly and strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including setup fees, deployment time, and partial usage. This change eliminates ambiguity and aligns with standard industry practice.

Refund Timeframes

Minecraft Hosting and VPS / VDS Services follow a single, uniform refund window. Refunds are only available within **24 hours** of the initial purchase. The previous 14-day window for Minecraft services has been reduced to ensure operational consistency.

Tax and Processing

Taxes, including GST, are explicitly stated as non-refundable. Processing times for refunds explicitly depend on your region, bank, and payment method, and are outside of FlowServers' control.

Disqualifications

Refunds will be denied for Abuse or ToS violations, previous chargebacks, or if the service has been substantially consumed within the refund window. Orders under **₹150** are typically eligible for account credit only.
